FAQ’s FOR FACILITIES RENTALS

1. What is Tri-City Covenant Church and Tri-City Christian Academy?

Tri-City Covenant Church is a non-denominational Christian church in Somersworth, New Hampshire wishing to serve the surrounding community with its building and grounds facilities when they are available. Tri-City Christian Academy is a K – 12 Christian school sponsored by the church.

2. How do I arrange rental of one of the available facilities?

Select the facility meeting your needs. Determine the applicable rental fee. Download and complete the rental agreement forms (TCCA Facilities Use Form ) . Mail the forms and your check to TCCC/TCCA, 150 West High Street, Somersworth, NH 03878, attn: Facilities Rentals.

3. How do I pay the rental fee?

Include a check for the required amount with your rental agreement form.

4. Am I required to show proof of insurance?

Yes, if you are a corporation. If you are an individual, there will be a “hold harmless” clause on the rental agreement form.

5. How will I know when my rental is confirmed?

You will receive a signed copy of your rental agreement via return mail, and your event will be posted on our on-line reservation calendar.

6. What should I do if I encounter any problems or have additional questions?
